Jesper Madsen has worked as a headhunter since 2007, and during this period he has conducted executive search and the assessment of C-suites for a number of Danish and international clients.

Jesper has thus built up a large network, as well as acquired the necessary knowledge and skills to recruit for industries such as Consumer/Retail, Digital/E-commerce, Life Sciences, IT/Telecommunications and NGO’s.

Jesper has an MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark Odense, and he has supplemented his theoretical background with a 15-year commercial career with international companies such as Beiersdorf, Nestlé, Coca-Cola and Carlsberg. He has worked as a Partner and CEO for the marketing agency Promoters and worked as Managing Partner and CEO of Denmark’s largest executive search company, before he founded DNA Headhunting.

Since 2006, Frank Knudsen has served both international clients and owner-operated Danish companies in a wide range of industrial sectors and conducting C-level executive search as well as the recruitment of functional managers in within general management, sales/marketing, finance, HR, and IT among others. Frank also focuses on consulting within career development, management assessment as well as integration programmes for managers who step into new positions.

Before Frank joined DNA Headhunting he was CEO of a major executive search company. He has previously been CEO of a knowledge management company and European and Danish Marketing Director of McDonald’s, just as he has been the Marketing Manager for Kuwait Petroleum. Frank started his career as a project consultant for IBM and product manager at Quaker Oats.

Frank has an MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and also a Diploma in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Kristian Scheef Madsen has +20 years of C level leadership, and +10 as a CEO. His experience comes from listed international blue-chip companies, PE owned, as well as family-owned companies, giving him a solid knowledge of an organization and the requirements to a candidate.

For more than 10 years Kristian has worked as CEO for McDonald’s, Lagkagehuset, Sunset Boulevard and Vapiano Nordic in Stockholm. Before being appointed CEO, Kristian held several positions at C-level in Operations, Communications and Development.

Thanks to the different roles and working experiences Kristian has acquired a profound understanding of the fabric of an organization, and the requirements to a suitable candidate in today’s business climate. With solid insight, a passion for human potential, and the strategy in mind Kristian delivers relevant solutions to the organization.

Kristian holds a Bachelor in International Marketing from Copenhagen Business School and has served as an officer in the Royal Danish Guards.

Niels Prehn has for more than 25 years been an active and prominently visible figure within Executive Search in Denmark, where, as a Founding Partner, he has established and developed several successful companies. Niels has built a wide-ranging and loyal client base during his career in Executive Search, drawing on his extensive network, deep understanding of businesses and organizations, market trends, and in-depth experience with candidate assessment. Niels began his professional career in the insurance sector, advancing to the role of Sales Executive Manager. His leadership abilities were honed during his service as a Captain in the Danish Army. Throughout her long career as a leader and Vice President in the pharmaceutical industry, Anne has built up a solid Life Science network in Denmark and internationally.

From 1999 and 20 years on, Anne made a career at US Pfizer Inc. the world's largest pharmaceutical company. In various leading commercial roles, Anne has gained solid experience developing, leading and reorganizing teams across countries and cultures. From February 2011 until January 2019, Anne fulfilled the role of Vice President, Northern Europe, implying P&L responsibility for a wide range of countries including the UK, Germany, the Nordic countries, the Netherlands, the Baltic countries, Belarus, Ukraine, Romania, Israel and CauCar. During the period, Anne served as a digital front runner under Pfizer, where she, as responsible leader, successfully developed and implemented new Go-To-Market strategies and models with digitalization as a crucial strategic focal point.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Medical Marketing and Sales Management from SIMI, Scandinavian International Business School, and is also a Bachelor (Radiograph) from Odense University Hospital.
